AI is powerful. Managing it shouldn’t be complicated.

Most teams already pay for a few AI tools. One drafts captions, one helps with code, another summarises meetings. None of them know what the others did yesterday, so you end up being the glue.

  1. You keep explaining the same things

Your brand voice, a client’s quirks, last week’s decision. Every new chat starts from zero.

  2. Nobody owns the result

A chatbot answers and then waits. It won’t pick up the next step, hand work to a colleague or tell you when it’s done.

  3. It’s hard to see what happened

When AI work is spread across tabs and dashboards, you can’t easily tell who did what, or whether anyone checked it.

How it usually looks
  • Chat tab #4
  • Prompt doc
  • Spreadsheet
  • Another chatbot
  • Task board
  • Copy & paste
  • Automation tool
  • Email draft
How we think it should look

One team that shares context, passes work along and reports back to you.

The AI team

Eight roles to start with.

Each AI employee gets a job description, a few colleagues it works closely with and a list of things it has to ask you about first. Start with two or three and add more when the work calls for it.

Planned role

AI CEO / Strategist

Turns a goal into priorities, trade-offs and a plan the rest of the team can execute.

What it handles

  • Break goals into missions and milestones
  • Weigh options and recommend priorities
  • Keep every agent pointed at the same outcome

Things you could ask

  • Draft a 90-day plan for our new service line
  • Compare three pricing options and recommend one
  • Summarise this week’s progress for the founders

Usually works with

  • CTO
  • Analyst
  • Marketing

These roles are part of the product plan. Which ones ship first will be decided during early access.

This is a mock-up of how running an AI team could feel. See who is busy, open someone’s profile and approve the work that’s waiting on you. None of it is connected to real agents.

How it works

What a week with your AI team could look like.

You set the direction and make the calls. The team does the legwork in between.

  1. Build Your AI Team

Choose the roles you need, for example a Strategist, a Developer and someone for marketing. Then give them the background: your company, your brand and the tools you already use.

  2. Assign Your Mission

Write what you want in plain language, the way you’d brief a colleague. The team turns it into tasks, agrees who owns what and shows you the plan before anyone starts.

  3. Watch Your Team Collaborate

Agents pass work along inside the office. Follow every handoff if you like, or just check in when something needs you.

  4. Review, Approve & Grow

Approve it, send it back with notes or take over yourself. Over time the team picks up your standards, and you add roles as the business grows.

Use cases

Who we’re building it for.

Small teams with more work than people. Here’s how a few of them might use it.

  • Startup teams

    The problem
Three founders covering strategy, product and marketing between them.
    What changes
A standing team for research, planning and first drafts, so the founders spend their time deciding instead of drafting.
    Suggested team
    • Strategist
    • Developer
    • Marketing
    • Analyst
  • Software agencies

    The problem
Every new client project repeats the same scoping, boilerplate and documentation.
    What changes
Agents prepare the scope, the task breakdown and a first implementation for your engineers to review.
    Suggested team
    • CTO
    • Developer
    • Designer
  • Marketing agencies

    The problem
Content calendars for many clients, each with its own voice and approval chain.
    What changes
One AI team per client that drafts in that client’s voice and waits for sign-off.
    Suggested team
    • Marketing
    • Designer
    • Analyst
  • Entrepreneurs

    The problem
One person doing sales, admin and marketing, usually late at night.
    What changes
Hand off the repeatable parts and keep a short list of what actually needs you.
    Suggested team
    • Sales
    • Operations
    • Marketing
  • Operations teams

    The problem
Weekly reports, checklists and handovers that quietly eat the week.
    What changes
Routine workflows run on schedule, and anything unusual goes to a person.
    Suggested team
    • Operations
    • Analyst

Human control

You stay the boss.

An AI team is only useful if you can trust what it does. So the decisions that matter stay with people, by design.

  • Task visibilityPlanned

Every task, its owner and its status in one place. No digging through chat history.

  • Human approvalPlanned

Important actions stop and wait until a person approves, edits or rejects them.

  • Activity historyPlanned

A readable log of what each agent did, when, and who signed it off.

  • Clear responsibilitiesPlanned

Each AI employee has its own role and limits, so work never belongs to “the AI” in general.

  • Permission-based workflowsPlanned

You decide which agent can use which tool, and what it’s allowed to do there.

Early access

Where things stand today.

Gorions Office is early. We’ll use it on our own work at Gorions first, then open it to a small group of teams. Here’s what exists, what’s planned and what we’re aiming for.

  1. Built internally

    Built so far

    • An internal Gorions workspace prototype where tasks are queued to automation workflows
    • Workflow results come back to a review inbox with Unread, Action and Done states
    • Results from n8n automation runs are stored without duplicates
  2. Planned

    Planned

    • Create and manage AI employees with clear roles
    • Assign tasks in plain language
    • Several agents working on one mission
    • Approval steps and activity logs
    • Connections to the tools you already use
  3. Vision

    Where we’re heading

    • A living office where you can watch your team at work
    • AI employees for every part of the business
    • A subscription product for growing businesses

There’s no launch date yet. People on the waitlist hear about progress first.

A note from the team

Why we’re building this

At Gorions we build websites, automations and digital systems for businesses, from our base in Gading Serpong.

AI tools are part of that work now, and they’re good. Keeping them coordinated is the hard part: copying context from one chat to the next, explaining the same brief twice, checking what each tool actually did.

Gorions Office is how we want to fix that for ourselves first. If it works for us, we’d like to share it with you.

Questions you might have

What is Gorions Office?

Gorions Office is an AI workspace Gorions is building. Instead of juggling separate AI tools, you put together a team of AI employees with clear roles, give them work in plain language and manage it all from one interactive office.

Can I use it today?

Not yet. It’s in early development and we’ll use it inside Gorions first. Join the waitlist and we’ll get in touch when early access opens.

Is the office on this page real?

No. The office, tasks and activity here are a concept preview with simulated data. They show how the product is meant to work, not real agents doing real work.

Will the AI act without my permission?

Human approval is one of the core ideas. Important actions like publishing, sending, spending money or deploying are planned to wait until a person approves them.

Which tools will it connect to?

Connections to outside tools are planned. We’ll only name specific integrations once they actually work.

How much will it cost?

We haven’t decided yet. The plan is a subscription for teams once the product is ready beyond early access.

Will it work in Bahasa Indonesia?

That’s the plan. Gorions is based in Indonesia, so English and Bahasa Indonesia are both part of the product from the start.
